NHL Play of the Week. 3rd week. the best week i've seen so far.
the no.1 spot is a sensation. just look at the way he dribbles past so many players. that ain't no easy job man.
thinking of taking up the sport since a long time ago. but the fact that i don't have the time to commit to it just kinda depress me deeply. arghhhhh
anyway its the coolest game on earth.

celebrated christmas with my family at my da jie house on christmas eve. had a mini bbq there. there's lotsa good food. played mahjong there too! argh but i lost. $3.80 to be exact. slept at 5 am and woke up 1 pm the next morning. yes i've turned to a pig these days. stayed there till 6pm before i rushed home to get changed and hurried down to clewank's christmas party. it was pretty fun. had gift exchange and i must thank huimin for the low fat milk and cereal haha. i enjoyed the night at the playground. just look at how crazy we were.
damn i'm so broke now. i really wish i have the time to work.
read the book The Five People You Meet In Heaven by Mitch Albom. hmmmm wasn't very intriguing as i thought it would be. hah a stark contrast with its summary at the back.

Went for a cycling trip with my er jie and bro. cycled from East Coast all the way to Changi Airport there. caught some interesting things along the way.

Then we head off to a Korean BBQ restaurant nearby for dinner. WTF the worst experience of my life! they might as well rename the restaurant to Korean Vegetarian restaurant. paid a total of 91 bucks to eat plant and the taste sucks. haha maybe cause i'm not used to it. but anyway i'll never step into any Korean restaurant ever again. hah

argh! my blog is turning rusty. been trying to do something meaningful these few days so that i won't waste my time away. hence i avoid coming online that often and so never blog. yea. so i shall summarise what i've did for the past few days.

hockey chalet! its fun i must say. played mahjong, some card and dice games, the first day was pretty amazing. with some lame jokes and ghost stories. i just can't stop laughing. haha went Escape the second day and the Haunted House there -.- wasn't scary at all. sat the Rainbow and the Vikings but the feeling wasn't that shiok if u have tried the rides before. hey but its the people that i rode with that made the rides really different and enjoyable. they made me so excited all over again. haha
after that comes BBQ. wasted a lot of food. and its really a lot. i guess the amount of food thrown away was enough for another BBQ session seriously. its a waste of $$$$. none of us ate much i think.
a really thrilling chalet! i would gladly go again if there's anymore in the future.wasted that i didn't take any picture cause i was so preoccupied with the fun.haha

my siblings and i turned chef today. whipped up some baked rice and spaghetti. looking at it still makes me hungry.

can tell that my dad doesn't really like western food cause he only ate 1 serving. haha shall try other weird dishes the next time round.

went swimming at jurong west swimming complex with my sis. feels kinda weird though. she's more of like soaking in the water than swimming. haha but shes a good companion. had a good sun tan and i really felt invigorated. exercising is great. due to my cough, i wasn't able to swim that much like i used to last week. didn't managed to reach home before the heavy rain caught us. so we were drenched. my phobia of water since young has really gone for good. hell yea! and i start to enjoy swimming. i'll go for more! when i've gotten well.
caught some drama series on channel 8 this afternoon. its been a long time that i've watched any drama show or be in front of the tv. hah yes are u amazed ?!

Went for dinner with anirud for the one last time yesterday. this dude will be migrating to Scotland today. though known him for barely 2 years, memories do run deep when sending him off at Changi Airport this morning. he never fails to put laughter in everyone of our faces with his lame jokes and actions. i still remember vividly the break dances he did and the rap songs he sang with me during our hockey camps. damn hilarious haha.
could tell from his face at the departure hall that he couldn't bare to leave us and Singapore. could tell from everyone of our faces that we would be glad if he could stay. friends are easy to make. good friends aren't easy to find. things don't always stay the same every time. it's really sad to lose such a good friend.

had my prom at Amara Sentosa. the place isn't very fantastic though, with a crammed ballroom, serving us stiff-like-hell fish nuggets for dinner.haha but at least its alot betta than having it in school.

went for the RSAF seminar today. the talk was quite a bore until it came to the benefits of working in the airforce! woo enticing salaries, bonuses, scholarships, opportunities to travel around the world and much more. however i think the most important thing of all is having the PASSION in the things you do. passion is what makes people succeed. passion is what keeps us from giving up no matter how tough an obstacle we may chanced upon. haha
i must admit that the reception provided was excellent. its 100 times better than the food i had in prom despite both being buffet style. the desserts was even fantastic. and its a small world i must say cause i met qiaoxuan twice at the seminar as well as on the way back home at je.haha and she will tell you that the desserts was delectable too.
test this coming friday. pray hard that i'll do well enough to advance to the next phase.
